1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LeafMeGrow website at leafmegrow.com ("Website") and, once available, the LeafMeGrow mobile application ("App"). By accessing the Website or joining the waitlist you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Website or join the waitlist. By using the Website you confirm that you are 16 or older. When the App launches, additional age requirements may apply and will be set out in the App's terms at that time.
3. Scope: Website Now, App in Future
These Terms currently apply to the waitlist landing page at leafmegrow.com. When the LeafMeGrow App launches on iOS and Android, updated Terms will govern use of the App. Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual right to access the App, and we make no commitment as to launch timing or features.
4. Waitlist
By submitting your email address to join the waitlist you are requesting to be notified when the LeafMeGrow App becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the App, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. We reserve the right to manage waitlist membership and App access at our sole discretion. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing privacy@leafmegrow.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website -including but not limited to the LeafMeGrow name, logo, visual design, copy, illustrations, and code -is the intellectual property of LeafMeGrow and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Website you agree not to: (a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the Website; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website without our written consent; (e) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website.

Any plant care information, planting dates, or horticultural guidance provided by LeafMeGrow -whether on the Website or the future App -is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional horticultural or agricultural advice. Growing conditions, climate, soil type, and many other local factors vary significantly. We make no warranty that information provided is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You rely on such information at your own risk.
8. No Warranty
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, LeafMeGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Website. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeafMeGrow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email. 14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if required to do so by law. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 15 survive any termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and LeafMeGrow agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal dispute. For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, notwithstanding the choice of English law and jurisdiction above. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeafMeGrow with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
